REFUND POLICY


GIFTED AND LIT IS COMMITTED TO OUR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION AND IN SO WE DESCRIBE EVERY ITEM ACCURATELY IN HOPES OF GETTING OUR CUSTOMERS THAT UNIQUE ITEM THEY’RE LOOKING FOR.


Sales: Due to the nature of the items sold, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. All sales are final upon shipping the item(s). If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before the item(s) has been shipped in order to receive your full refund. If an order has been lost in the mail, we will send out a replacement. We will help you locate/track your item(s) but there are no refunds for shipping delays.


Order Errors: There are no refunds for order errors of any kind. Please make sure all information given is correct before ordering. If you make a mistake on your order it must be fixed before order has shipped. Once an order has shipped we are unable to change your order and we will not give a refund for those kinds of errors. If you would like the item(s) shipped to you, you will have to reorder the item(s). If the error is on our end, we will reship the appropriate item(s).
